On behalf of the conference organizing committees, we are delighted to welcome you to the hybrid Conference of the 2025 IEEE International Conference on Aerospace Electronics and Remote Sensing Technology (ICARES). While we were eager to see everyone in person, we are excited about the opportunity to innovate with an engaging virtual and physical format that will be rewarding for both presenters and attendees.

This event offers a unique chance for international scholars, researchers, and practitioners in the fields of Aerospace and Electronic Systems (AES), Geoscience and Remote Sensing (GRS), and data science & artificial intelligence communities to exchange views and share advancements in their respective areas. Topics will include UAV and micro-satellite technology, maritime and land mobile communications, stochastic control design for aerospace vehicles, microwave remote sensing, SAR technology, Big SAR data processing, and AI applications in aerospace and geoscience.

The 2025 IEEE ICARES will feature both technical paper presentations and invited talks in a hybrid format. Our distinguished keynote speakers include Prof. Aloysius Adya Pramudita from Telkom University, Indonesia; Dr. Agustan from the Indonesian National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN); Prof. Erna Sri Ardianingsih from BRIN; Prof. Caner Ozdemir from Mersin University, Turkey; Dr. Wahyudi Hasbi (Senior Member, IEEE); and Dr. Indra Rianto from IEEE GRSS. We would like to express our gratitude to all the speakers at this conference.

Additionally, we'd like to thank all the authors for their contributions, as well as the technical program committee members and external reviewers. Their expertise, enthusiasm, and invaluable time have enabled us to prepare a high-quality final program and have helped make this conference a success.
